Welcome to Women Soccer Coaches of St. Louis! Your admin team is a group of female soccer coaches who wanted to create an organization and a platform to support fellow women coaches. We believe that women empower women. Your admin team has over 60 years combined coaching soccer. Although we are veteran coaches, we still want to learn too! At Women Soccer Coaches of Saint Louis, our mission is to empower female soccer coaches across all levels by recognizing their remarkable contributions and fostering their development. We strive to facilitate open communication among peers and establish a robust network within the St. Louis area. Our goal is to provide support, encouragement, and opportunities for personal and professional growth, all while building confidence among our members. We are dedicated to educating, sharing experiences, exchanging best practices, offering guidance, addressing questions, and celebrating the accomplishments of each individual within the soccer community.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We are thrilled to offer a vast range of resources to our community, designed to enhance your experiences and foster growth. Our offerings include drills to improve skills for players and coaches, news articles & updates, and team bonding ideas to nurture camaraderie. We also emphasize character development strategies, nutrition tips, and injury prevention for maintaining peak condition. Additionally, our resources encompass mental health support provide access to job openings, camps and more. We encourage engagement through discussion threads, in person events, and panels. where members can share insights and connect. And that’s just the beginning!
